Established in 1914, Keckley Company is the premier manufacturer of high-quality Ball Valves, Pipeline Strainers, Check Valves, Knife Gate Valves, Float and Lever Valves, Control Valves, Suction Diffusers, and Triple Duty Valves. Ball Valves

Keckley has developed the most contemporary ball valve product line in the industry. Their ball valves are designed to support current (and future) market demands/requirements. This has been achieved by offering the broadest line of ASME B16.34 and API 608 compliant ball valves to support major end-user demands for these critical-service products.

Keckley was the first company to immediately develop, test & certify their ball valves to the newest Fugitive Emissions Standard, API 641 (published in October 2016).

Actuators

Keckley C-Series actuators feature bi-directional pinion travel stops. Side located stops allow a full ±5° of valve travel adjustment, giving a guaranteed range of adjustment between 80° and 100° of shaft travel. These travel stops are designed to absorb the maximum rated torque of the actuator and the maximum impact loads associated with recommended stroke speed.

Fabricated Strainers

When cast strainers are unable to offer a suitable answer, specially fabricated strainers can provide the solution for that unique application. Whether there is limited space or existing piping requirements, Keckley can offer a one-of-a-kind fabricated option.

Fabrication allows for misaligned or off-set piping configurations, process requirements such as over sizing bodies to meet flow necessities, ease in maintenance with specialized cover options, and offers a cost savings over heavy larger castings.

Check Valves

WAFER DOUBLE DISC, WAFER SILENT & GLOBE SILENT CHECK VALVES

Keckley liquid and gas pipeline check valves are designed for liquid or gas applications where protection from flow reversal in a pipeline is required.

Each check valve has advantages and disadvantages over the other, but all three outperform and outlast conventional swing check valves when installed properly.

Keckley check valves are most commonly found after pumps to protect the impeller against backflow. Keckley check valves are also found in many chemical, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, power generation, pulp & paper, marine, and water applications.
